Our very own We Are Chester illustrator, artist and cartoonist Dai Owen shares another of his cartoons, giving his wry take on life in our city. This time, he ponders on the topic of what Chester might look like if it was the home of surrealism. We particularly love the Dali-esque town crier outfit and the concept of weird races at Chester Racecourse.
