Introducing A Sketcher’s Blog: Sketches from Chester Mystery Plays by artist Dai Owen

Our very own We Are Chester artist Dai Owen is currently in the process of documenting rehearsals for the forthcoming run of Chester Mystery Plays. The plays, which only happen every five years, are being staged at Chester Cathedral from 27 June to 14 July. Dai (seen at work below) was also artist in residence for the Plays during the last cycle in 2013. Here are a selection of Dai’s illustrations.
